Mr. Tiernay has over 40 years of experience both in the military and in the private sector. He served as a US Army military intelligence officer, holding numerous leadership positions both within the US and abroad. His experience in the private sector includes senior management positions directing widespread international operations. He managed 1,650 civilian employees and over $1 billion in Afghanistan where he was instrumental in setting up the infrastructure necessary to provide medical support to thousands of US civilians spread across hundreds of remote locations throughout Afghanistan.
