Our Company
Rapid-Trace is a contact tracing company dedicated to tracing and contacting individuals who have been exposed to an infectious and communicable disease (COVID-19 or Monkeypox). With a highly trained staff and experienced management team, Rapid-Trace is uniquely qualified to quickly and systematically alert contacts of possible exposure and provide them with the support and resources they need. Rapid-Trace hires locally to supply a trained team of “disease detectives” who operate in conjunction with public health agencies. The end goal is to stop the transmission.
Rapid-Trace was created in 2020 when the founders believed their health and military experience could be put to use fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. We’re well-prepared to adapt and respond swiftly to changing, unpredictable circumstances such as those presented by communicable diseases.

Our Structure
Rapid-Trace provides teams of trained personnel. Each team is staffed as follows:
Investigator
Teams are led by experienced investigators, many of whom are former federal or state investigators. Investigators ensure that protocol is followed and that all information is timely, accurate, and complete.
Medical Coordinator
Each team includes a trained medical professional (a nurse with a BSN degree, for instance) with experience in local public health care. The Medical Coordinator is knowledgeable with respect to diseases -- the exposure, infection, infectious period, potentially infectious interactions, and the symptoms of the disease -- and is aware of local health care resources and other support contacts may need.
Contact Tracers
Each team consists of contact tracers. Contact tracers reside in the local community and are educated and empathetic; they have excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills. Rapid-Trace training provides them with guidelines and confidence to do their jobs effectively.
