Ms. Matthews began her career in corporate advertising, with an emphasis on problem and solutions, marketing and directives. Her strengths include understanding big picture concepts and the ability to dissect them into action-oriented solutions. She specializes in relationship building and truly believes partnering with her clients, to best understand their specific needs, involves an invested commitment to accomplish their goals. This personal approach may stem from her years of experience as a classroom teacher; where she implemented active engagement and creative instruction to lead her students to success. Ms. Matthews holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanistic Studies from the University of South Florida and a Master in Education degree from Nova Southeastern University. She is the CEO of a successful real estate investment company, with properties throughout Florida and North Carolina.
