Alicia Rossiter
Alicia Gill Rossiter, Community Health Advisor
Dr. Rossiter is a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) for with more than 30 years of nursing experience in the military and the public sector. She is currently an Associate Professor educating undergraduate and graduate nursing students. Prior to her role as a nurse educator, she served as an APRN for the Hillsborough County School District for 17 years caring for underserved populations in school-based clinics. Dr. Rossiter served for 4 years in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps on active duty and 20 years in the U.S. Air Force Reserve retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in 2015. She is a Fellow in the American Association of Nursing and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
